The authors are encouraged to use latex for preparing their manuscripts.

An example .pdf file is netcod09_example.pdf. This was created using the files netcod09.sty and netcod09_example.tex.

For documents not prepared using latex, please immitate as closely as possible the provided style.

As soon as you receive an email that your account has been activated, login to your account and upload the paper following the instructions.

Please prepare your final paper using the same instructions as for the submitted papers, and then follow the same procedure for submission.
