The workshop has two deadlines for paper submission:

• November 1 2008, with notification of acceptance by December 15 2008. This is to accommodate planning ahead.
• March 1 2009, with notification of acceptance by April 15 2009. This is to accommodate more recent results. Extended to March 8 2009.

You are cordially invited to submit to either one, or both of the paper submission deadlines.

The deadline for the camera ready copy is in both cases May 15 2009.

The registration for attending the workshop will open by April 25 2009.
